CONCLUSION
TESTIMONIAL
After completing of MVP all the materials, layouts, concepts and other deliverables were transferred to the client design team for a trial run and further work. The main product managers left pleasant feedback to the whole team and me personally.
Case study is conceptual. Feedback is real.
Ian – your designs have received positive feedback from internal stakeholders, and most importantly from customers and soon-to-be users. You’ve been great at coming up with design solutions to sometimes tricky problems, and your hard work and quick design iterations have been much appreciated. I’d often see you make changes in Figma in real time as soon as our feedback went in.

Also, thanks for working with Alejandra on the handover and getting us to a good place before launch and setting up concepts for future work.
Product Manager
We appreciate your time and commitment on this initiative, in particular at the beginning of the year you were very helpful to get us back on track with designs and help establish a professional design approach. The progress since has been really great.

You missed out on the chance to see beta feedback results but 100% of users provided “good” or “great” ratings on the look and feel as well as navigation.
Great outcome!
